GROW! 2022 begins one month from today, and we cannot wait. My team and I have been busy confirming speakers, finalizing breakout sessions, and putting together a jam-packed agenda focused on helping you grow and better control your landscaping business. We'll have more than 30 breakout sessions covering everything from structuring team bonuses and incentives to creating operational systems to support growth.
One breakout session I'm particularly looking forward to will be taught by someone whose work I admire immensely, Doug Hoerr of Hoerr Schaudt Landscape Architects. Doug leads a team of 50+ landscape architects who design incredible, award-winning projects worldwide. Here's what I'm looking forward to learning from him:
Doug's firm does both residential and commercial work and is behind iconic projects like Chicago's Michigan Avenue median planters, the McGovern Centennial Gardens in Houston, and the streetscape design in the Buckhead shopping district in Atlanta. For companies that do design work, there is no doubt in my mind that we will leave his session with little gems that will make our own projects better.

I also mentioned a second Doug who will join us at GROW! 2022: Doug Black, CEO of SiteOne. I've been fortunate enough to get to know Doug, and each time I find myself completely losing track of time as I listen to him talk. Even though he leads a company larger than all of ours, his approach to leadership is downright inspiring and relevant for any leader. I know every person in attendance, whether they lead a crew or lead a $50 million company, will take great lessons away from this keynote session.
