This week I have a little bit of inside baseball for this weekly Great Idea. At The Grow Group, we create a lot of content. Written pieces like this one, videos we record, education sessions for in-person and virtual events, and weekly podcast episodes. We plan out the content we create based on the issues that we know landscape professionals are facing, and our whole team is involved in creating each piece. 

Our content calendar is driven by the issues we're facing at Grunder Landscaping Co. and what we're helping our ACE Peer Group Members with. But that doesn't mean we're seeing everything, so every now and then I like to give our followers a chance to ask us whatever questions they have or bring us their challenges so we can help. I've found that usually doing this helps everyone!
