Paying in Installments

If you need to pay for your registration in installments, please call The Grow Group office at 1.866.478.6337 and we’ll try to accommodate you. You’ll need to provide a credit card number that we can process automatically on agreed-upon dates, and you must pay the entire balance before the event.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the event, we’ll refund your money, minus a processing fee of $125 per registration; alternatively, you may opt to have your registration fee credited to your account and redeem it for another offering provided by The Grow Group. No refunds or credits will be issued for any registration cancelled 30 days or less before the event. You may transfer your registration to a substitute participant at least five business days prior to the event. No refunds, credits, or additional transfers are available for a transferred registration. Credits must be used within 18 months of their issue date.

    You can’t win if you’re not keeping score. In this hands-on workshop, The Grow Group’s Vince Torchia and Jim Cali will help you design a dashboard for your company with the metrics you need to track for success. You’ll leave with a set plan ready to go and implement on your first day back. 

  • The New Kids on the Block: Recruiting and Retaining Top Talent
    Labor continues to be a serious challenge in our industry, but you can gain a real edge over the competition if you build the kind of company people want to work at.   • Making Bank: How to Leverage Your Relationships with Lenders
    For the last 10 years, Marty Grunder has served on the board of Park National Bank, a regional operation based in his home state of Ohio. The lessons he’s learned from this inside experience have enabled him to dramatically improve the profitability of Grunder Landscaping and to help Grow Group clients significantly increase theirs. In this no-holds-barred session, Marty sits down with Park National president Dave Gooch to examine how landscaping pros can best leverage their relationships with lenders and reap the results.  

  • Scaling Up: How Small Companies Grow Smartly
    We are all here to grow our companies, and for many of us that means getting bigger and more profitable. But as Mike Rorie, who transformed GroundMasters into the Ohio Valley’s largest provider of commercial landscape services, says, “Growth brings prosperity, but the demands it brings to manage and deliver are very real.” In this session, The Grow Group’s Jim Cali and Jason New will explore what up-and-coming landscaping companies are doing to scale successfully and how to put the people, management, and systems in place for continued growth.

  • Sales Forecasting for Success: A Hands-On Workshop

    Sales to a business is what gasoline is to a car: You aren’t going anywhere without it. In this session, green-industry sales mavens Chris Psencik and JW Washington will help you build a sales forecasting model and tool to help you manage all aspects of your business and create predictability in the process. The takeaway? You’ll know where you stand financially, which levers to pull, and where you can expect to go next.
