This time of year, when temperatures soar, we see a lot of plants on residential and commercial properties struggling to survive. Like many landscaping companies, at Grunder we provide a one-year warranty on all the plants we install, along with detailed care instructions. But not every client follows the instructions, or keeps up with the watering, and as a result many of us find ourselves replacing plants that have died through no fault of our own because we want to keep our clients happy. 

This scenario can drive up costs, but if you’re smart about how you approach it, you can turn it into an opportunity to increase your sales. At this week’s Profit Pros Virtual Workshop, I shared how:
