To ensure our crews at GLC can get out the door in the morning and to the job site as efficiently as possible, we take the following steps the afternoon and evening before:
Complete all work orders, tickets, and notes for the next day’s jobs and share them with team leaders
Refuel, sweep out, and reload our trucks
Stage the plant materials we’ll need
