The Grow Group team is back home after a whirlwind week in New Orleans, where we (safely) welcomed hundreds of success-minded landscape pros from around the country to GROW! 2021. The camaraderie in the room was unbelievable and we were all thrilled to be able to come together in person as an industry again for this event.
After three fast-paced days, our team sat together to debrief from the event on Friday afternoon and put together our top takeaways:
Our experiences, and how we react to them, shape our future. We've all overcome so many obstacles to be where we are today, and the resiliency in our industry is admirable. Whatever 2021 holds, we're ready to face it with this strong community of landscape pros standing by to help. We are all in this together.

As goes the leader, so goes the team. Chase Mullin has developed many talented leaders within his team at Mullin, and now he follows their lead. His leadership style has clearly been a critical piece of the company’s growth and success, and we were so impressed by him and every one of his team members this week during our tour.
